Choose
a unique computer name and a common workgroup name. You can leave this as

configuration tab and add a service File and printer sharing for Microsoft Windows |

Now
Select File and Print Sharing and tick the I want to share my files box.
Tick I want to share my printer if you want but this can slow your PC down
considerably if someone prints through your computer |
| Windows will copy some files
and may ask for a reboot. On re-entering windows you should have a login box. To enable
the network features you must login. At first login you are asked for a password. If
you forget your password you can enter a different username and then generate a new
password. There isn't any real security with Win98. |

| Now you need to open Explorer
and create a shared resource. You can share your CD-ROM or a folder, simply by right
clicking on the object and choosing Sharing. |
